• Two (2) mini catering scenarios with a check for understanding choice for each scenario

• One (1) job aid reference tool of low/high risk food items and the current offerings of gluten free alternatives

• Final evaluation

This  course provides information on identifying symptoms of stress in the body and using Tapping to reduce stress.
